An artist intervention I staged in 2008 in which framed chicken portraits were left around Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas, at thrift stores, museums, book stores, and street corners. I set up a site for people to register their portraits and detail the stories of where they found them and their reactions to encountering them in the wild.
